Что касается конфликта ЯБ и Adguard (или сертификатов другого ПО), если это, действительно, так, как Вы пишете, то это большая проблема. Но прокомментировать данное высказывание могут только IT-шники, для простых пользователей дайте, пожалуйста, ссылочку на пояснения по проблеме.

А вот что пишут сами разработчики:

"И Adguard, и Яндекс очень серьезно подходят к вопросу безопасности пользователя в сети. Текущая политика Яндекса предписывает предупреждать пользователей о любом сертификате безопасности, не распознаваемом браузером. Это не всегда необосновано, так как иногда вредоносные программы действительно могут вставлять свои сертификаты, наносить вред системе и красть личные данные.

Однако, Adguard также добавляет свой сертификат в список доверенных, чтобы иметь возможность фильтровать весь трафик и эффективно блокировать рекламу. Это и приводит к появлению предупреждения.
Что делать?

Что касается сертификации и сертификатов, то эта информация доступна любому пользователю, и здесь Вы (мягко говоря) не совсем точны:

Да, действительно у компании Яндекс есть Центр сертификации - Yandex LLC, и сертификат Yandex CA. Но Yandex CA является промежуточным центром сертификации на основании же сертификата, выданного Certum Trusted Network CA, дающем право подписывать другие сертификаты (проще говоря, Yandex CA является партнером доверенного корневого центра серификации Certum Trusted Network CA). Срок действия до 2025 г.
Так, что с этим все в порядке.

Это практика крупных компаний. У Гугл, тоже собственный центр сертификации Google Inc.

Посмотреть информацию о доверенных корневых и промежуточных центрах сертификации можно в браузере на вкладке Настройки --> Дополнительные --> Управление серификатами и далее по вкладкам в открывшемся окне.

А вот действующий SSL-сертификат для защищенного соединения (протокола HTTPS), Яндексу выдан доверенным корневым центром сертификации Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal Root Certificate (а отнюдь не Yandex CA).

Это можно увидеть щелкнув по значку "замочка" в адресной строке. В выпадающем списке выбираем Подробнее --> Данные сертификата --> в открывшемся окне подробная информация о данном сертификате.
(В Хроме доступ к этой информации иной: через Меню --> Дополнительные инструменты --> Инструменты разработчика --> вкладка Security --> кнопка Сертификат).

Глупый вопрос профана:
Яндекс, что, вносит свои изменения в этот сертификат?
Скорее всего, у него совсем другие инструменты отслеживания наших запросов, интересов и предпочтений, и без нарушения безопасности.

Что касается "навязчивой персонализированной рекламы" - Яндекс в этом лидирует! Но тоже способ продвижения продукта. Правда с тех пор, как я пользуюсь браузерными расширениями-рекламорезками, я её уже давно не вижу (даже в самом ЯБ).

Скажите, кто-то верит, что крупные корпорации (к ним относится и Яндекс) работают ради нашего блага, а не ради денег? Но стремление увеличить прибыль очень способствует появлению новых разработок, совершенствованию существующих. Деньги, деньги. причина многих бед и судебных разбирательств (Сколько их у Гугла было. ). Это хорошо, что хоть через суды можно повлиять на "монстров" бизнеса.

Что касается мошенников, они используют, увы, не только платформу Яндекса. И здесь Яндекс далеко не лидер.

Поясню, что из сервисов Яндекса пользуюсь только Почтой, Деньги, Диск; иногда - Поиском (основной поисковик у меня другой), для работы ЯБ тоже не использую, но регулярно по несколько дней его юзаю, чтобы сравнить с другими. И это позволяет мне сделать вывод, что достоинств у ЯБ больше чем недостатков.

Все-таки (сейчас,здесь и для меня. ) нет ничего лучше Macrium Reflect. Очень близка к ней по качеству Paragon Hard Manager. AOMEI Backupper (вроде как японо-китайцы. ) использовал пару лет назад - делает все долго и неточно, начиная с версии 3,5 прекратил работать с ней. Эти ребята не могут придумать даже второй Компас, в результате по 2Д черчению это - лучшая программа в мире (как в свое время лезвия НЕВА были лучшими из лучших - для заточки карандашей. ).

Поставьте себе, если этой проги нет, Vit Registry Fix Free. она всяко, по моему личному мнению, реестр получше чистит и покажет всё, что удаляет. Она у меня есть на компе, правда версия Pro и лицуха. Вот ей и чищу реестр, а Reg Organizer - для чистки остального мусора. Но, это просто моё личное мнение. -)

Startup Extractor 2.16 У меня правда она же(давно скачанная) v.1.26 (80 Кб.).

Там по этой ссылке, скачивается не Startup Extractor. а бог знает что. Может и скачается этот Startup Extractor но вместе с ним и разный вирусный хлам.
